Who we are
North Aircraft Industries develops and manufactures composite primary structure and complete components for aerospace applications. We provide lightweight, strong, and affordable solutions to support our customers to fly more efficient, longer, and farther.
Established in 2018, North Aircraft operates within a 55,000 square foot climate-controlled manufacturing and office space, located near the London International Airport.
We handle large structures and technically complex components, and have in-house capabilities and expertise for design-build and build-to-print aerospace projects that include:

Our production and engineering teams are highly skilled, motivated, and qualified to deliver excellent quality products, created using the latest technology and equipment.
What we do
We work closely with our customers and support them from the prototyping stage up to series production.
North Aircraft Industries is currently engaged in the design, manufacturing, and assembly of wing structures, empennages and fuselages, as well the integration of systems and landing gear into airframes.
Our structures and their respective components are designed to be strong and lightweight products, optimized for production and assembly.
Aerospace prototyping
North Aircraft has a proven track record and extensive expertise in manufacturing prototypes.
Using loft tooling we can create low cost solutions that allow parts to be manufactured. Our prototyping capability includes internal structural components and assembly of components in the airplane to prove the concept.
Industrialization
We have experience in transitioning from the initial prototyping phase to more mature tooling and fixtures, migrating into series production.
We work closely with our customers to ensure the optimal approach with regards to cost and timing.
Series production
We offer manufacturing solutions for both build-to-print and design-build programs.
North Aircraft continuously optimizes production flow, procurement processes, and tooling to support higher production rates and cost reduction.
